No organization ~ not the NAACP, National Rifle Association, American Civil Liberties Union, Religious
Organizations or the Boy Scouts of America ~ should be forced to hire or admit individuals who cannot meet
their mission statements in good conscience and with demonstrated personal integrity and commitment.

The BSA's Declaration of Religious Principle
states in part that:
"The Boy Scouts of America maintains that no member can grow into the best kind of citizen without
recognizing an obligation to God and, therefore, recognizes the religious element in the training of the member,
but it is absolutely nonsectarian in its attitude toward that religious training.
Its policy is that the home and organization or group with which a member is connected shall give definite
attention to religious life."

impose their ideas of "morality" on the rest of society, denying the rights of those who have a different moral code.
Conservative and Religious Americans must stand up and be counted in the face of the homosexual steamroller that seeks
to flatten our First Amendment rights, all across America.
Corporate and Government institutions must stop promoting the homosexual agenda.
The corporate and governmental world is increasingly trying to silence people who would dare speak their convictions

I have been using this slogan in response and in support for the "BSA policy of protecting boys from homosexual
leaders" issue.
A good slogan can go a long way in capturing the 'hearts and minds' of people.
I was just a little kid of about 7 years, when Dwight D. Eisenhower was running for re-election.
I still remember the "I Like Ike" slogan, and the elephant beating on the drum in a parade.

Boy Scouts of America under assault
The Leftmedia has skewered the Boy Scouts of America for years over its rejection of homosexual scout-leadership
applicants. This BSA policy has resulted in local-council funding cuts by United Way chapters and other funding
organizations in some “blue” states.
Now, the Leftmedia is skewering the BSA over charges of a homosexual assault of two brothers by an assistant Scout
Master 30 years ago. As part of a suit against the assailant and the BSA, the media reports that the brothers’ attorney, Tim
Kosnoff, “got an unprecedented look inside thousands of secret files” regarding the BSA’s efforts to protect its youth from
homosexual predators.
Indeed, over the past decade, the “secret files” indicate that the BSA has expelled about 150 scout leaders per year from
the ranks of tens-of-thousands—leaders who were either suspected or accused of homosexual assault.
“I was blown away,” exclaimed Kosnoff. “It was staggering.”
Well, should we assume that Kosnoff prefers that the BSA cover up the charges, or just transfer the scout leaders to
another troop?
For many years, criminal background checks have been required for Scout leaders, and the BSA has very specific policies
and training regarding leadership and child protection. The entire first chapter of the Boy Scout handbook, required
reading for scouts and their parents, is dedicated to child-abuse prevention and recognition, though some homosexual
predators are able to conceal their pathological aberration. If ever there was a case for the BSA’s policy against
homosexual leaders, this is it!

Fact: The Girl Scouts are allowing lesbians to be Adult Leaders.
Statistics show that there is a very low the frequency of occurrence relating to
"Adult Female to Juvenile Female" sexual abuse,
VERSUS "Adult Male to Juvenile Male" sexual abuse.
Some people point to the Girl Scouts as examples, and say that the Girl Scouts have no restrictions to having Adult
Leaders who are lesbians. (even though many GSUSA Units are now junior branches of N.O.W., and the adult leadership
is completely involved in teaching the girls all of its inherent lesbianism!)
Therefore THEY believe that the BSA should allow Homosexual adult leaders.
Fact: Adult WOMEN do NOT as a general rule, molest young girls.
It is a CRIME that almost DOES NOT HAPPEN!

Litigation
Since 1975, Boy Scouts of America has been involved in more than 30 lawsuits attacking its values. Until the late 1990s,
nearly all of those lawsuits were about membership in and employment by Scouting. The cases challenged Scouting's right
to set standards for membership, principally that Scouts are required to believe in God, be male, and not to be openly
homosexual.
Boy Scouts won every single one of these cases, either at trial or on appeal. The most well known of the cases is Boy
Scouts of America v. Dale. In that case, a former Scout who had openly declared his homosexuality was denied
appointment as an Assistant Scoutmaster. The case was ultimately heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.
In 2000, the Court ruled that Boy Scouts, and all private organizations, have the constitutionally protected right under the
First Amendment of freedom of association to set membership standards.
Furthermore, the Court ruled that:
An association is entitled to protection if it "merely engage[s] in expressive activity that could be impaired."
The presence of someone who may interfere is enough to impair First Amendment rights.
Courts must defer to an association's expression State anti-discrimination laws may not interfere with expressive rights.
Many regarded the Supreme Court's ruling in the Dale case not merely as a victory for Boy Scouts, but also as a victory for
freedom of speech. Others, however, regarded it as a call to battle, and they set out to punish Scouting for standing up

The ACLU is at it again. Dateline: Connecticut.
The state of Connecticut claims that the Scout Oath discriminates against homosexuals, and therefore the
BSA can't be a part of the state's annual fund raising campaign, which they have been a part of for the last
30 years.
At least this time it's about the Scout Oath and not the membership requirements.
That means that the ACLU is admitting that homosexuality is not moral. (The only clause in the Oath that even
remotely pertains to homosexuality is the final one: "...to keep myself morally straight.")

The real issue on the ACLU in general and in regards to Scouting is simply that some see
the ACLU as fighting for fundamental rights and that the ACLU has the correct (and only?)
interpretation of those rights.
Many believe that the ACLU chooses particular sides of arguments based on a set of political
beliefs.
There are other interpretations of the Constitution other than that of the ACLU.
Many believe in MOST instances that other viewpoints are more Constitutionally valid.
The ACLU is consistently trying cases based upon the non-establishment clause as regards to
religious issues but does not appear to have the same interest in the rest of the clause which
prohibits the government from interfering with the "free exercise thereof".
I understand some of my friends may not hold my values which is fine but the lack of respect for
differing opinions that is oft seen (if we do not agree with the ACLU stance, that we must be
deficient in some way).

Report says 73 percent of all male homosexuals have had sex with young boys.

Despite the loud denials by homosexual activists, studies and reports abound that verify a strong link between
homosexuality and child sexual molestation -- added defense for the Boy Scouts ban against homosexual leaders.
A report just out by the Family Research Council is highly documented with credible sources, often from studies by
homosexual groups themselves. The FRC report cites over 70 authoritative sources to support findings that homosexuality
and pedophilia are strongly tied together. This is not a new study, but instead ties together many other documented
studies in order show homosexuality in a true light.
The findings shatter arguments from homosexual activists that there is no need for concern about homosexual men serving
as leaders for Boy Scouts. The FRC report shows there is a clear reason to be concerned because nearly three fourths of
all homosexual men report that they have had sexual relations with young boys.
Statistics show that homosexual men, who represent less than 3 percent of the adult male population, commit one-third or
more of the cases of child sexual molestation. The report, Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse, authored by Dr. Timothy
J. Dailey is being sent to parents, youth groups, school administrators, Catholic bishops, and religious organizations.
The Boy Scouts have a ban against homosexual members or leaders, which was sustained in a decision by the U.S.
Supreme Court. Homosexual activists continue to attack the organization on the basis of what they claim is unfair
discrimination, convincing many former corporate donors to withhold funds from the private non-profit group.
The FRC report gives added support to the Boy Scouts for their policy, and ammunition for conservatives who are fighting
against efforts by homosexual activists who want their sexual behavior to be regarded as normal.
The Catholic Church has recently been the center of media attention because of continuing revelations of homosexual
priests molesting altar boys for decades. Homosexual activists say that homosexuals do not engage in pedophilia in
greater numbers than heterosexuals, but do not present evidence to support those claims.
The FRC report shows conclusively that the opposite is true.
Parents trying to raise children with traditional family values have been concerned because gay activist organizations
encourage homosexual teachers to talk openly about their sexuality with students of all ages. When parents express fears
that children may be molested, encouraged to become sexually active, or recruited into a homosexual lifestyle they are
often attacked by homosexual activists who label them as homophobic. The FRC report provides those parents with the
scientific information they need to support their concerns and defend their position.
"Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse" provides solid evidence to support the following findings, and more:
Contrary to the inaccurate but widely accepted claims that homosexuals make up 10 percent of the population, verifiable
studies show it is no more than 1 to 3 percent.
Almost all sex crimes against children are committed by men.
Up to one-third of all sex crimes against children are committed by adult homosexual men against boys even though
homosexual men make up no more than 3 percent of the population.
A study of sex offenders against male children found that male homosexual pedophiles are sexually attracted to males of
all ages, contrary to the claims of homosexual activists.
A growing number of homosexual publications defend homosexual encounters with boys using terms like "boy love" and
"intergenerational intimacy" with accompanying arguments for eliminating or drastically lowering age of consent laws.
Adult-youth sexual relations has been a staple of 'gay' literature and has made appearances, too, in 'gay' films.
The evidence in the report indicates that nearly half of all homosexuals were themselves sexually abused as children.
Although homosexuals may not specifically seek to have homosexual relations with children for the purpose of recruiting
them into a life of homosexuality, the statistics show that is often the result of such encounters.
Boy Scouts on a camping trip present a genuine target, or at least a major temptation for a homosexual adult leader.
According to the report, 46 percent of homosexual men and 22 percent of homosexual women reported that they were
molested by a person of the same gender when they were a minor. This contrasts to only 7 percent of heterosexual men
and 1 percent of heterosexual women reporting they were molested by a person of the same gender.
Concerned parents now have a single authoritative source they can use when confronting activists with an agenda to bring
acceptance and normalcy to homosexuality. The FRC is encouraging wide distribution of the report to help dispel the many
myths circulated by homosexual activists.
"Children have become the last sexual frontier," FRC president Ken Connor said. "Those given the task of protecting our
nation's children should give a serious look at these statistics and think twice before complying with the demands of
homosexual activists."
Certainly not all homosexuals are pedophiles. However, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organizations are now
actively recruiting gays and lesbians to become Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the people in the BB-BS leadership should
pay heed to the words of gay activist Michael Swift. Writing in the Gay Community News, Swift stated:
"We shall sodomize your sons, emblems of your feeble masculinity,
of your shallow dreams and vulgar lies. We shall seduce them in your schools,
in your dormitories, in your gymnasiums, in your locker rooms,
in your sports arenas, in your seminaries, in your youth groups, in your movie theatre
bathrooms, in your army bunkhouses, in your truck stops,
in your all-male clubs, in your houses of Congress, wherever men are men together.
Your sons will become our minions and do our bidding.
They will be recast in our image. They will come to crave and adore us."
Hopefully, those who share Swift's philosophy haven't applied to become Big Brothers.

Boy Scouts of America under assault
The Leftmedia has skewered the Boy Scouts of America for years over its rejection of homosexual scout-leadership
applicants. This BSA policy has resulted in local-council funding cuts by United Way chapters and other funding
organizations in some “blue” states.
Now, the Leftmedia is skewering the BSA over charges of a homosexual assault of two brothers by an assistant Scout
Master 30 years ago. As part of a suit against the assailant and the BSA, the media reports that the brothers’ attorney, Tim
Kosnoff, “got an unprecedented look inside thousands of secret files” regarding the BSA’s efforts to protect its youth from
homosexual predators.
Indeed, over the past decade, the “secret files” indicate that the BSA has expelled about 150 scout leaders per year from
the ranks of tens-of-thousands—leaders who were either suspected or accused of homosexual assault.
“I was blown away,” exclaimed Kosnoff. “It was staggering.”
Well, should we assume that Kosnoff prefers that the BSA cover up the charges, or just transfer the scout leaders to
another troop?
For many years, criminal background checks have been required for Scout leaders, and the BSA has very specific policies
and training regarding leadership and child protection. The entire first chapter of the Boy Scout handbook, required
reading for scouts and their parents, is dedicated to child-abuse prevention and recognition, though some homosexual
predators are able to conceal their pathological aberration. If ever there was a case for the BSA’s policy against
homosexual leaders, this is it!

Fact: The Girl Scouts are allowing lesbians to be Adult Leaders.
Statistics show that there is a very low the frequency of occurrence relating to
"Adult Female to Juvenile Female" sexual abuse,
VERSUS "Adult Male to Juvenile Male" sexual abuse.
Some people point to the Girl Scouts as examples, and say that the Girl Scouts have no restrictions to having Adult
Leaders who are lesbians. (even though many GSUSA Units are now junior branches of N.O.W., and the adult leadership
is completely involved in teaching the girls all of its inherent lesbianism!)
Therefore THEY believe that the BSA should allow Homosexual adult leaders.
Fact: Adult WOMEN do NOT as a general rule, molest young girls.
It is a CRIME that almost DOES NOT HAPPEN!

Litigation
Since 1975, Boy Scouts of America has been involved in more than 30 lawsuits attacking its values. Until the late 1990s,
nearly all of those lawsuits were about membership in and employment by Scouting. The cases challenged Scouting's right
to set standards for membership, principally that Scouts are required to believe in God, be male, and not to be openly
homosexual.
Boy Scouts won every single one of these cases, either at trial or on appeal. The most well known of the cases is Boy
Scouts of America v. Dale. In that case, a former Scout who had openly declared his homosexuality was denied
appointment as an Assistant Scoutmaster. The case was ultimately heard by the Supreme Court of the United States.
In 2000, the Court ruled that Boy Scouts, and all private organizations, have the constitutionally protected right under the
First Amendment of freedom of association to set membership standards.
Furthermore, the Court ruled that:
An association is entitled to protection if it "merely engage[s] in expressive activity that could be impaired."
The presence of someone who may interfere is enough to impair First Amendment rights.
Courts must defer to an association's expression State anti-discrimination laws may not interfere with expressive rights.
Many regarded the Supreme Court's ruling in the Dale case not merely as a victory for Boy Scouts, but also as a victory for
freedom of speech. Others, however, regarded it as a call to battle, and they set out to punish Scouting for standing up
for, and affirming, its First Amendment freedoms.
Leading that attack have been state and local governments, frequently aided and abetted by the American Civil Liberties

The Army's seven values are:
Loyalty - Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit, and other soldiers.

Scouts Under Attack!
The ACLU is at it again. Dateline: Connecticut.
The state of Connecticut claims that the Scout Oath discriminates against homosexuals, and therefore the
BSA can't be a part of the state's annual fund raising campaign, which they have been a part of for the last
30 years.
At least this time it's about the Scout Oath and not the membership requirements.
That means that the ACLU is admitting that homosexuality is not moral. (The only clause in the Oath that even
remotely pertains to homosexuality is the final one: "...to keep myself morally straight.")

The real issue on the ACLU in general and in regards to Scouting is simply that some see
the ACLU as fighting for fundamental rights and that the ACLU has the correct (and only?)
interpretation of those rights.
Many believe that the ACLU chooses particular sides of arguments based on a set of political
beliefs.
There are other interpretations of the Constitution other than that of the ACLU.
Many believe in MOST instances that other viewpoints are more Constitutionally valid.
The ACLU is consistently trying cases based upon the non-establishment clause as regards to
religious issues but does not appear to have the same interest in the rest of the clause which
prohibits the government from interfering with the "free exercise thereof".
I understand some of my friends may not hold my values which is fine but the lack of respect for
differing opinions that is oft seen (if we do not agree with the ACLU stance, that we must be
deficient in some way).

Boy Scouts homosexual ban
Report says 73 percent of all male homosexuals have had sex with young boys.

Despite the loud denials by homosexual activists, studies and reports abound that verify a strong link between
homosexuality and child sexual molestation -- added defense for the Boy Scouts ban against homosexual leaders.
A report just out by the Family Research Council is highly documented with credible sources, often from studies by
homosexual groups themselves. The FRC report cites over 70 authoritative sources to support findings that homosexuality
and pedophilia are strongly tied together. This is not a new study, but instead ties together many other documented
studies in order show homosexuality in a true light.
The findings shatter arguments from homosexual activists that there is no need for concern about homosexual men serving
as leaders for Boy Scouts. The FRC report shows there is a clear reason to be concerned because nearly three fourths of
all homosexual men report that they have had sexual relations with young boys.
Statistics show that homosexual men, who represent less than 3 percent of the adult male population, commit one-third or
more of the cases of child sexual molestation. The report, Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse, authored by Dr. Timothy
J. Dailey is being sent to parents, youth groups, school administrators, Catholic bishops, and religious organizations.
The Boy Scouts have a ban against homosexual members or leaders, which was sustained in a decision by the U.S.
Supreme Court. Homosexual activists continue to attack the organization on the basis of what they claim is unfair
discrimination, convincing many former corporate donors to withhold funds from the private non-profit group.
The FRC report gives added support to the Boy Scouts for their policy, and ammunition for conservatives who are fighting
against efforts by homosexual activists who want their sexual behavior to be regarded as normal.
The Catholic Church has recently been the center of media attention because of continuing revelations of homosexual
priests molesting altar boys for decades. Homosexual activists say that homosexuals do not engage in pedophilia in
greater numbers than heterosexuals, but do not present evidence to support those claims.
The FRC report shows conclusively that the opposite is true.
Parents trying to raise children with traditional family values have been concerned because gay activist organizations
encourage homosexual teachers to talk openly about their sexuality with students of all ages. When parents express fears
that children may be molested, encouraged to become sexually active, or recruited into a homosexual lifestyle they are
often attacked by homosexual activists who label them as homophobic. The FRC report provides those parents with the
scientific information they need to support their concerns and defend their position.
"Homosexuality and Child Sexual Abuse" provides solid evidence to support the following findings, and more:
Contrary to the inaccurate but widely accepted claims that homosexuals make up 10 percent of the population, verifiable
studies show it is no more than 1 to 3 percent.
Almost all sex crimes against children are committed by men.
Up to one-third of all sex crimes against children are committed by adult homosexual men against boys even though
homosexual men make up no more than 3 percent of the population.
A study of sex offenders against male children found that male homosexual pedophiles are sexually attracted to males of
all ages, contrary to the claims of homosexual activists.
A growing number of homosexual publications defend homosexual encounters with boys using terms like "boy love" and
"intergenerational intimacy" with accompanying arguments for eliminating or drastically lowering age of consent laws.
Adult-youth sexual relations has been a staple of 'gay' literature and has made appearances, too, in 'gay' films.
The evidence in the report indicates that nearly half of all homosexuals were themselves sexually abused as children.
Although homosexuals may not specifically seek to have homosexual relations with children for the purpose of recruiting
them into a life of homosexuality, the statistics show that is often the result of such encounters.
Boy Scouts on a camping trip present a genuine target, or at least a major temptation for a homosexual adult leader.
According to the report, 46 percent of homosexual men and 22 percent of homosexual women reported that they were
molested by a person of the same gender when they were a minor. This contrasts to only 7 percent of heterosexual men
and 1 percent of heterosexual women reporting they were molested by a person of the same gender.
Concerned parents now have a single authoritative source they can use when confronting activists with an agenda to bring
acceptance and normalcy to homosexuality. The FRC is encouraging wide distribution of the report to help dispel the many
myths circulated by homosexual activists.
"Children have become the last sexual frontier," FRC president Ken Connor said. "Those given the task of protecting our
nation's children should give a serious look at these statistics and think twice before complying with the demands of
homosexual activists."
Certainly not all homosexuals are pedophiles. However, the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organizations are now
actively recruiting gays and lesbians to become Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the people in the BB-BS leadership should
pay heed to the words of gay activist Michael Swift. Writing in the Gay Community News, Swift stated:
"We shall sodomize your sons, emblems of your feeble masculinity,
of your shallow dreams and vulgar lies. We shall seduce them in your schools,
in your dormitories, in your gymnasiums, in your locker rooms,
in your sports arenas, in your seminaries, in your youth groups, in your movie theatre
bathrooms, in your army bunkhouses, in your truck stops,
in your all-male clubs, in your houses of Congress, wherever men are men together.
Your sons will become our minions and do our bidding.
They will be recast in our image. They will come to crave and adore us."
Hopefully, those who share Swift's philosophy haven't applied to become Big Brothers.
Perhaps not!
