| I met up with three of the 'Tobasco Donkeys' in the Advisor's Lounge at Base Camp. (They did the 'Sawin' on the Strings' CD) Spencer (Crater Lake 06) on the left had just bought a new banjotar & received a lesson from Mike Griffis, while Andy Gerhart (left) and "Dirty Larry" McLaughlin look on. They came to the Ranch for a Philmont Staff Reunion Trek and were scheduled to sing and play with Rod Taylor at one of th back country Camps. ______________________________________________________________________________________ |
